Today on our 2015 Ram 1500, we will be doing a test fit of the Yakima RocketBox. This is going to be your Pro 14. It's going to have 14 cubic feet of cargo space on the inside with a nice black plastic finish. It will be part number Y07192. Up here on top of the Ram, we have our Whispbar flush mounted roof rack system installed. We're going to go ahead and put this Yakima RocketBox up on top of it. First thing you want to do when you get it up on the roof is make sure that you got the clamps in front of your bars. more

Today on our 2015 RAM 1500, we're going to be doing a test fit of a Yakima Rocketbox Pro 11. This is going to be your 11 cubic feet of storage space which is going to be great with its elongated space for your skis and snowboard with your gear, maybe even your fishing poles if you want something longer to get everything in and keep them nice and dry. It's going to come with a nice, black plastic finish. It's Part #Y07193. If you look up on top of our Dodge RAM, you'll see that we have the whispbar flush-mounted roof rack system. We're going to go ahead and put this up on top of there today. Go ahead and rotate your box and set it up on top like so. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500 Crew Cab, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11, a rooftop cargo box with 11 cubic feet of storage space in black, part number Y07193. With our Yakima Q Tower roof rack system already installed on the Ram, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. We'll want to be sure that our clamps are open enough so the portion of our clamp goes around the underside of our crossbar. We'll then slide it rearward, so we have all 4 lower portions of the our clamp around the underside of our crossbars. We'll take a quick look to be sure we have the box centered on the vehicle. We'll then open the passenger's side, reach in, and tighten the 2 red T handles located closest to us. A great feature of the RocketBox Pro 11 is its ability to open from both the passenger and driver's side. With the passenger's side tight, we'll make our way around to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten the 2 red T handles located in here. With all 4 of our T handles tight, we're ready to load this box down with gear and hit the road. That will complete today's test fit of the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11, part number Y07193, on our 2014 Ram 2500 Crew Cab. . more

Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500 we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box with 22 cubic feet of space in metallic silver, part number TH636S. With the Thule Rapid Traverse Roof Rack System on our vehicle we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicle's load bars. Now you may need a small step stool or a ladder to get the box up onto the roof, and you may need a second set of hands depending on your loading situation. Once we have the box in position and the clamps are over the load bars, we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We'll need to turn the knobs which will bring the clamps tightly around the front and rear bar. You'll know when the clamps have been fully tightened down when the knob starts to make a clicking sound. We'll then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Now this double sided opening lid will also enable you to easy load and unload your cargo from either side of the truck. more

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500, we'll be test-fitting the Thule Pulse Large rooftop cargo box, with 16 cubic feet of space, matte black in color, part number TH615. Now, since this box only opens from one side, you'll need to position it on the passenger side of your truck. With the Thule rapid traverse roof rack system on our truck, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up off the vehicle's roof. Now, you may need a step stool or a ladder to be able to install the hardware furthest away from you. We'll unlock the box and open the lid, exposing the four slots at the bottom of the box. We'll take the clamps, slide them down through the slots over the top of each bar, and turn the knobs to tighten down the clamps. Once everything is all tightened down and secure, that'll complete today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Large, part number TH615, on our 2014 Ram 2500. . more

Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Medium, rooftop cargo box with 14 cubic space matte black in color, part number Th614. With the Thule Rapid Traverse roof rack system on our truck, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up on to the passenger side of our truck. Because this box only opens from one side, there's a reason behind us placing it on the passenger side of our roof. Now, using the ladders, it's going to help up install the back clamps. So when we unlock the box and open the lid, you'll see that there are four slots on the bottom of the box. We'll take the clamps, slide them down through the slots over top of each bar and then turn them up as you tighten the clamps. Again, using this ladder will allow us to reach up to the back side of the box and tighten down the clamps. Once everything is all tightened down and secured, that will complete today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Medium Part number Th614 on our 2014 Ram 2500. more

Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box with 11 cubic feet of space, matte black in color, part number TH613. With a Thule Traverse Roof Rack System on our truck, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicles load bars. Now, You may need a small step stool or a ladder to get the box up onto the load bars. Now because this box only opens from one side, you'll need to position the box on the passenger side of your roof. With the box in place, we can unlock it and unlock the lid, exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. We can then take the clamps, slide them down through the slots over top of each bar and then turn the gray knobs which will tighten down the clamps. Just as a note, you can install the hardware by stepping on the footplate on the inside of the cab. Once everything is all tightened down and secured, that'll complete today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Alpine, part number TH613 on our 2014 Ram 2500. . more

Thule Force XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500, we'll be test-fitting the Thule Force XXL rooftop cargo box, with 21 cubic feet of space, AeroSkin black in color, part number TH626. With the Thule rapid traverse roof rack system on our truck, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicle's load bars. Now, you may need to use a small step stool or a ladder to help get the box up onto the roof. After positioning the clamps to fit over the bars, we'll unlock the box and open the lid, exposing the two closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs to tighten down the clamps up against the front and rear load bar. We'll move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Now, this double-sided opening lid also enables you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the pickup truck. Once everything is all tightened down and secured, that'll complete today's test fit of the Thule Force XXL, part number TH626, on our 2014 Ram 2500. . more
